Shipping 

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days (i.e. Monday to Friday). During busy times this may take us slightly longer.

UK Shipping Including Highlands and Islands

We offer Free Standard UK Royal Mail First Class delivery on all orders over £30.

Orders under £30 are charged at £3.95 for Standard Royal Mail First Class delivery or £2.85 for Standard Royal Mail Second Class delivery.

Royal Mail (our shipping provider) aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 working days.

We also now offer large letter postage, which is charged at £1.95. This is for the purchase of one item only. If you are purchasing more than one item please do not choose this shipping method. 

Europe

We offer Free International shipping on all orders over £150. 

Standard International shipping for orders under £150 will be charged at £12.

Please note that International orders  may need to pay import duties and or taxes on your order. This is the buyers responsibility to find out these fees. 

Rest of World

We offer Free International shipping on all orders over £180. 

Standard International shipping for all orders under £180 will be charged at £20.

Packaging

At Lillie and Tom we are conscious of our impact on the environment, and want to make our impact as small possible.

We have decided to use compostable mailers to ship our products.

We minimise packaging with Noissue Tissue paper, which uses soy-based inks on FSC-certified paper, and is Acid, sulphur, and lignin-free. Noissue Tissue is 100% Compostable, Recyclable, and made from recycled materials.

Our stickers are made from 100% recycled paper and use a water based adhesive.
